PLEASE READ TO ENSURE PROPER KNOWLEDGE BEFORE BOOKING SERVICES.
For Catering Events:
In order to secure a catering event date, a 50% deposit must be paid by invoice, cash app $popupcatering, or Venmo @popupcatering.
Deposits are recommended early to secure your catering date and a contract must be signed for all catering event services upon deposit being paid.
Deposit MUST be paid at least 2 weeks before event catering.
Deposits are 100% refundable 14 days before the catering event, 50% refundable 7 days before the catering event, and non-refundable 48 hours before the catering event date and time.
Remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the catering event date and time. Cancellations: please refer to the deposit time frame above.
Out-of-town travel fees (flight/mileage and hotel) are paid by the client plus the balance for the event. Non-negotiable.
Banquet trays and warmers are provided upon request.
Utensils, plates, and linen provided upon request (prices vary)
For Personal Chef Services specifically:
Extra $100 for 24-hour notice bookings.
Extra $200 for same-day bookings.
Out-of-town travel fees (flight/mileage and hotel) are paid by the client plus the balance for the event. Non-negotiable.
Massage Services must be scheduled before your event.
